Focaccia with dill
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. The recipe for dill focaccia is extremely simple—just follow these easy steps, and you're sure to succeed: 1. In a small bowl, mix sugar and warm water. After a minute, add a 7-gram packet of dry yeast and leave at room temperature for 5–10 minutes. 2. Place 3 cups of flour, salt, and the yeast mixture into another bowl. Knead for about 5 minutes. When the dough becomes quite sticky, gradually add the remaining flour and continue kneading for several more minutes. If the dough turns out too wet, add a bit more flour. 3. Shape the dough into a ball, transfer it to a bowl greased with olive oil, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for 3 hours. 4. Has the dough risen? Excellent! Gently spread it out in a baking pan, drizzle the top with oil, and sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Your dill focaccia is ready! Serve with tea or coffee.
