Focaccia with thyme and garlic is a very worthy savory baking recipe that I picked up from Italians and adapted a little in my own way. It turns out very tasty and, most importantly, aromatic (the smell is hard to put into words—an incredibly appetizing aroma; you walk into the kitchen and want to eat EVERYTHING) flatbread that can be eaten instead of bread. Even the kids liked the focaccia :) Good luck. The baking is ready. Serve to the table.
