
Focaccia with cheese
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. For a budget version, you can replace Parmesan with regular hard cheese — it will be just as good. But olive oil and olives cannot be substituted :) By the way, you can sprinkle the balls with sesame seeds before baking. That's all the secrets. Serve cooled down or slightly warm.

1. Combine sugar and yeast, add a little warm water, stir and let stand for 10 minutes.

2. Sift the flour, add salt and mix.

3. Make a well in the flour, pour in the yeast mixture and the remaining water. Add the olive oil and knead the dough for 8-10 minutes.

4. Dust the table with flour, transfer the dough onto it, and knead, adding olive oil. The dough should become soft and elastic. Let it rise in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.

5. Divide the dough into 15–17 balls. Place a piece of mozzarella and an olive or a black olive into each ball. Reshape into a ball again. Place all the balls side by side on a baking sheet and let them rise for 15 minutes.

6. Brush the balls with tomato sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
