Description

The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. The finished pastry can be frozen for several weeks. It can be taken outdoors instead of sandwiches or as a snack. You can add fresh or dried herbs to the pastry, and don't forget the good-quality olive oil. Serve with tea or coffee.
