
Focaccia with Parmesan and rosemary

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make focaccia with Parmesan and rosemary.

Add fresh yeast and salt to warm water, pour in vegetable oil, and mix until smooth.

Sift the flour into the liquid part and knead a soft dough. Put the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil and cover.

Put the bowl of dough in a warm place for one hour to rise.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and brush with vegetable oil. Transfer the risen dough to the baking sheet and spread it with your hands into a rectangular flatbread. Cover the focaccia with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

With your finger, make holes all over the surface of the dough. Sprinkle the focaccia with Parmesan grated on a coarse grater and rosemary needles.
