Focaccia with olives and rosemary
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. You can make the traditional yeast flatbread not only with olives—this is just one variation. Alternatively, you can prepare it with herbs only, or add tomatoes, peppers, and other ingredients. Enjoy the pastry right after baking, letting it cool for a few minutes. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
