Lemon and Herb Focaccia
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. The original recipe calls for a traditional Italian cheese, but it can be replaced with another type, such as mozzarella or any other cheese with an interesting flavor. A mix of herbs (dried and fresh) is used in the pastry, creating an interesting texture and pleasant taste. The finished pastry looks very appetizing—see for yourself. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
