Focaccia (recipe)
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Want to prepare focaccia as skillfully as Italian housewives? Start with the simplest version and make traditional focaccia. Once you've mastered this recipe, you can then try variations with various additions (and there are plenty of them). The preparation process with or without additions is almost the same, because the key to this bread is the base. You can store the bread for several days, but it's so delicious, soft, and aromatic that it usually gets eaten right away. The baking is done. Serve at the table.
