Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. The toppings for focaccia are chosen based on whatever you have in the fridge. But follow the recipe for the dough—it turns out delicious. Especially since the dough doesn't need time to rise: just mix it and immediately bake. By the way, if you don't have an oven, you can cook this focaccia on the stovetop—cover the skillet tightly with a lid and cook over low heat for 10 minutes on each side. Serve cooled down or slightly warm.

    1. Sift the flour into a large bowl, pour in the warm water, add salt, yeast, oil, and mix.

    2. Transfer the dough onto a work surface and knead it into a firm dough. Cover it with a towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.

    3. For the filling, cut the cheese into cubes, mash the canned tuna pieces with a fork (after draining the oil), and wash the thyme sprigs.

    4. Divide the rested dough into 2 parts and roll each part into a circle 0.5-0.7 cm thick.
