
Focaccia (buns)
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. You can safely change the traditional shape of this Italian pastry—its taste won't suffer at all. These buns are perfect served with first or second courses instead of a slice of bread, or for breakfast with butter. Enjoy the buns hot or cold. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.

2. Pour in 1.5 cups of warm water and mix the dough, then add the remaining water, mixing thoroughly until no flour remains.

3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 16-18 hours.

4. After the required time, place the dough on a floured surface and sprinkle it with flour on top.

5. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts.

6. Roll each piece of dough into a ball. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with foil, previously greased with vegetable oil.

7. Brush each bun with olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Let them rise for half an hour.

8. Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for about 25 minutes.
