
Focaccia (no-knead dough)
Description
The recipe won't take much time. More and more popular are various recipes that don't require kneading the dough. I suggest exactly such a version—the dough will be light and airy, and the baked goods delicious. Use the finished product for sandwiches or as a replacement for regular bread. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.

1. Mix two types of flour, add salt, yeast.

2. Pour in warm water and mix the dough with a wooden spoon.

3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest overnight (12-14 hours).

4. Stir the risen dough with a spatula.

5. Sprinkle the baking sheet with cornmeal, then place the dough on it and flatten it with your hands over the entire surface.

6. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over the dough and spread it with a brush. Sprinkle with Italian spices and let it rest for 1 hour, then make indentations all over the dough with your fingers.

8. Place the dough in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
