The recipe won't take much time. Let's delight our loved ones with a wonderful Spanish dessert. Flan is very easy to prepare, but to truly enjoy its exquisite flavor, you'll need to have some patience. This dessert resembles crème brûlée or crème caramel. Making flan is quite simple, and in the end, you'll have an original, vibrant, incredibly delicate, and delicious dessert. Serve it chilled.

    First, let's add flavor to our future flan. To do this, bring the milk to a boil with a cinnamon stick.

    Meanwhile, prepare the caramel. Pour the sugar into a skillet, add lemon juice and water, and, stirring constantly, cook until the caramel reaches your desired color.

    Remove the cinnamon stick from the milk. Cool the milk down to 30 degrees. Then add eggs, sugar, and vanilla to it.
