1. Chop the nuts with a sharp knife.

2. On medium heat, toast the nuts and coconut flakes until fragrant.

3. In a separate container, mix the oat flakes with nuts and dried fruits.

4. Melt brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, butter, and molasses. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

5. Pour the melted mixture into the nuts and oat flakes. Mix thoroughly.

6. Line the mold with plastic wrap, place the mixture inside, and lightly press it down with your hand. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
