Pistachio cookies
Description
Homemade treats for tea. Many people love pistachios, especially with beer. When it comes to desserts, pistachio ice cream is usually the first thing that comes to mind. But this cookie is delicious, tender, and crumbly. You can grind the pistachios finely or chop them coarsely, whichever you prefer. Serve the cookies after they have cooled down—either completely cooled or slightly warm.
