Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Defrost the fish if you are using frozen fillet. Cut it into large pieces. Marinate for a couple of hours in lemon juice and spices. Then place it on the grill and cook for about fifteen minutes on both sides. You can also pan-fry it without oil or bake it in the oven.

Step 2

Cut the buns into two equal halves. If desired, you can toast them over a fire or in a pan so they become crispy. Generously spread garlic sauce on one side of the buns.
- 3
Step 3

Place a piece of fish on each half. It will turn out aromatic and spicy, with an interesting flavor. If you like, you can salt it lightly or add hot pepper.
- 4
Step 4

Place a piece of cheese on top of each piece of fish. If you don’t have processed portioned cheese, you can simply slice regular hard cheese into thin pieces.
- 5
Step 5

Spread the sauce on the cheese once again so the fish burger is not dry. Wash the lettuce and "stick" it onto the cheese. Place a slice of ripe tomato on top.
- 6
Step 6

Cover the tomato with the second piece of the bun.
