Heat 150 ml of water to 60 degrees, add 25 grams of malt and 50 grams of rye flour. Stir.

After 2 hours, add another 200 ml of hot water, 25 grams of malt, and 50 grams of rye flour. Mix everything again. Sprinkle with malt and rye flour, then set aside for another 2 hours.

Transfer the fermented mixture to a saucepan, add sugar and salt to taste. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, cool, then transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle sugar on top and bake in the oven for 2 hours at 150 degrees. Then place the "Myammi" in the refrigerator for 1-2 days to allow the pudding to become denser.
