Before cooking, place the dates in the freezer for half an hour.

Divide the walnut kernels into quarters. Stuff the dates with walnuts. Chop the remaining walnuts.

Melt dark chocolate over a water bath, add 1 tsp of refined vegetable oil, and mix. Add chopped nuts and mix.

Dip the dates in melted chocolate and place them on foil. The chocolate will quickly harden on the frozen dates. Sprinkle the chocolate with coconut flakes. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
