
Bacon-Wrapped Dates

Make a slit in the date and remove the pit.

Take a small amount of blue cheese and place it in the center of each date.

Now wrap each date in a strip of bacon, secure with a toothpick, and place in a baking dish. Bake at 170°C until the bacon is browned.
