Finger food with rice

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

It works for both special occasions and everyday meals. Finger food is practically no different from appetizers; it can be soup, dessert, salads, or snacks. The most important thing is that the portion should be small, fit entirely in the hand, and not require utensils. Dishes eaten by hand are most often served at buffets, picnics, barbecues, parties, and even weddings. Every country's national cuisine has dishes that are traditionally eaten by hand. Today I suggest making finger food with rice. Essentially, these are familiar pancakes with a hearty, tasty filling that are good both hot and cooled. Add plenty of small sandwiches, canapés, sliced vegetables or fruit, fish, meat, flatbreads — and you can enjoy nature instead of sitting at the table.
