   Make steaks about 4 cm in size. Dissolve one tablespoon of salt in 4 cups of water. Soak the steaks in the salted water for 4 hours.

   Take out the steaks, season them with pepper, and coat them in flour.

   Fry in a preheated skillet without covering with a lid.
