Tuna fillet in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Baked tuna fillet is a great option to serve with any side dish or vegetables. You can also use the fish as an ingredient in a salad, for example. The aroma of garlic and the taste of olive oil perfectly complement the tuna. Be sure to try making this recipe. Serve the finished dish immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Immediately turn on the oven and let it preheat to 180 degrees. Wash the fillet and thoroughly dry it with a paper towel.
- 2
Step 2

2. Cut into small steaks like this. Lightly salt and pepper on all sides.

Step 3

3. Place the pieces of fish in a heatproof dish and sprinkle with spices. I do not recommend using too many seasonings for tuna fillet, so as not to overpower the delicate flavor of the fish.

Step 4

4. Peel the garlic and chop it finely with a knife. Sprinkle it over the fish.

Step 5

5. Generously pour olive oil into the baking dish. Cover with a lid — and place in the oven.

Step 6

6. Bake the tuna fillets in the oven for 10 minutes, then carefully flip each piece and return to the oven for another 8–10 minutes.
