Tilapia fillet in batter
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Tilapia fillets in batter turn out very tender and soft, as tilapia meat itself is high in protein and low in fat. Thanks to the batter, the fish becomes especially delicate. Serve tilapia fillets with almost any side dish—rice, mashed potatoes, or a simple vegetable salad would work well. This makes a tasty and completely healthy lunch or dinner using a product readily available in any large supermarket. Serve hot.
