
Tilapia fillet in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Tilapia fillet baked in the oven turns out juicy and tender, while capers add a characteristic tangy-spicy flavor. This dish can easily be served as a hot dish at a festive table. Serve hot.

1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Grease a baking dish large enough to hold the fillet with vegetable oil. Rinse the fillet under cold water, dry it with a paper towel, and place it in the dish.

2. Melt the butter in a small bowl over a water bath. Add lemon juice and garlic powder, and mix well. Brush the mixture onto the top side of the fillet.
