Step 1

1. The recipe for cooking fish fillet in a multicooker is extremely simple. First, wash the fillet (in this case tilapia fillet was used, but you can use any other fish), then dry it. Rub it thoroughly with salt and spices.

2. While the fish is marinating in the spices, you can prepare the vegetables. First, peel and slice the onion into rings. Pour a little vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl and add the onion.

Step 3

3. Wash the carrots and beets, dry and peel them. Slice thinly using a vegetable slicer or grate coarsely. Set aside half of the vegetables, and put the other half into the multicooker.

Step 4

4. It's time to put the fish into the bowl. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and spread it evenly over the fillet.

Step 5

5. Place the second half of the vegetables as the final layer. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Squeeze lemon juice over the top to taste. Set the multicooker to Baking mode and cook for 30 to 45 minutes (depending on the quantity of ingredients and thickness of the fish fillet) until fully cooked.
