Sea bass fillet in a multicooker

45 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can fry fish in a multicooker, steam it (if the appliance has this function), or boil it. This time, I'll be cooking fish in foil. This way, the perch will retain its qualities and cook in its own juices. Serve the fish slightly cooled, preferably with a vegetable side dish, for example, a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs, along with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes. Serve hot.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

Wash the fish and place it on a paper towel, then pat dry. Cut the perch fillet into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Step 2

Season each piece with salt and black pepper on both sides. Cut several pieces of foil to size, enough to wrap each piece.

  3. 3

    Step 3

Place a piece of fish in the center, slice the lemons into wedges and put 1-2 pieces on the fish, then wrap it in foil.

  4. 4

    Step 4

Place the fish in the multicooker bowl, set the "Stewing" mode and cook for about 30 minutes, then unfold the foil and check the fish for doneness (if necessary, cook for a few more minutes).

  5. 5

    Step 5

Take the fish out of the multicooker, unwrap the foil, place it on a serving dish, and serve with a vegetable salad.
