
Sea bass fillet with mushrooms
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The sea bass fillet is covered with a layer of filling and baked in the oven. The filling is made from onion, mayonnaise, and fried mushrooms. The finished dish can be served at the table.

1. Thaw the sea bass fillet and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, soak it in cold water for about thirty minutes. Then remove it from the cold water and gently squeeze out the excess moisture.

2. Prepare the filling using onions and mushrooms. Finely chop the oyster mushrooms and sauté them in vegetable oil for about four minutes, stirring with a wooden spatula. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Add it to the mushrooms and fry for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix the flour with salt.

3. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil. Coat each piece of fish well in flour and place on the baking sheet.

4. Evenly spread the mushrooms with onions. Press the filling slightly with your hand. Compact and evenly distribute it over the surface of the perch.
