Baked pollock fillet in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I usually try to buy only fresh fish, but sometimes I still have to use frozen fish. In that case, it should only be cooked in the oven, otherwise you'll end up with a mushy mess instead of fish. Today I want to share with you a fairly simple recipe and show you how to make baked pollock fillet. We won't need many ingredients here, just the essentials. Plus, to add some sophistication to the flavor, I suggest adding a few mushrooms. With this simple recipe for baked pollock fillet, the fish turns out absolutely wonderful—very tender, juicy, and delicious, simply irresistible. The dish is ready to be served.
