Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and let it heat up. Prepare all the ingredients. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.

Remove the skin from the salmon fillet, if any remains.

Brush the salmon fillet with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with dried dill. Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees and bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes. Before serving, drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh herbs.
