
Salmon fillet à la bretonne
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Salmon fillet is marinated in lemon juice, then poured with white wine and baked over a bed of vegetables under a creamy cottage cheese sauce. The fish absorbs the aromas of citrus, vegetables, and fine wine, remaining tender and juicy. This dish won't require much time or effort. Happy cooking! Serve hot.

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cut the fillet into equal 200 g portions. Wash the vegetables. Peel the shallot and remove the tough membrane from the celery.

Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels and drizzle with lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 15 minutes. Slice the vegetables into thin pieces.

Place the sliced vegetables on the bottom of a baking dish. Pat the fillet dry with a paper towel, coat it with flour, shake off the excess, and place it on the bed of vegetables. Pour white wine over the top, season with pepper and salt to taste. Cover the dish with foil.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. For the sauce, mix the cream and cream cheese. Then spread the sauce over the fish fillets. Bake for another 15 minutes without foil.
