
Chicken fillet in sour cream sauce

1. Wash the fillet, pat it dry slightly with a paper towel, and place it in a frying pan. Sear on both sides over high heat until a crust forms, then transfer to an ovenproof dish. Meanwhile, put the peeled onion and garlic, washed and dried fresh herbs, and seeded chili pepper into a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Place the butter in a small saucepan and melt it. Add the flour and, stirring constantly, sauté slightly. Then, gradually pour in the milk in a thin stream and bring to a boil. When bubbles begin to appear on the surface, add the mashed vegetables and sour cream. Simmer the sauce over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add salt to taste. 3. When the sauce has reduced, pour it over the fried chicken fillet (previously salted and peppered to taste). Grate the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle on top.
