Chicken fillet in the microwave
Description
This dish is truly diet-friendly, prepared without a drop of oil, only in water, so the chicken will be tender and low-calorie. I recommend serving the chicken breasts with equally healthy and diet-friendly boiled or baked vegetables, unsalted rice, or buckwheat. Preparation won't take much time.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly. Then cut it into 2 parts.
- 2
Step 2
Place the fillet in a heatproof dish and pour ordinary cold water over the meat, just enough to barely cover the fillet.
- 3
Step 3
Tightly cover the mold with plastic wrap so that no air escapes anywhere.
- 4
Step 4
The microwave should be set to maximum power. Place the meat inside and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 5
Step 5
Remove the dish from the oven, pierce the film to let the steam escape, then unwrap it and check the internal temperature of the chicken with a thermometer (it should be 73-74 degrees). If the chicken is not yet done, return it for another 1-2 minutes.
- 6
Step 6
Serve the finished fillet with vegetables, season with salt and ground black pepper (or other dry spices).
