
Flounder fillet in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Black Sea flounder has a specific iodine smell and taste, so soak it in milk for 30–40 minutes beforehand. Atlantic and Mediterranean flounder have a light aroma of freshly cut cucumber. Serve baked flounder with fresh herbs and fresh tomatoes. The dish is ready to be served.

Wash the flounder fillet under running water and dry it with paper towels. Remove the fins and peel off the skin.

Press the garlic through a garlic press or grate on a fine grater.

Combine garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.

Add the oil to the marinade and whisk until emulsified.

Place the fish fillet in a heatproof shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, coating all sides.
