Description

Look at this amazing dish—the aroma is simply enchanting. I suggest serving this turkey with a side dish and sauce. I usually serve the roasted bird on a large plate with steamed broccoli and cranberry sauce. This makes a complete, delicious, and healthy dinner. Turkey is rich in protein, broccoli is also a very nutritious vegetable, and the cranberry sauce complements the dish with its unique flavor.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Pound the turkey meat. Do this on both sides, but not too hard, as the meat might tear. Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix kefir, a little ketchup, a spoonful of lemon juice, pepper, salt, and optionally some chopped fresh herbs in a separate container. Add pressed garlic and mix everything thoroughly.

    Step 2

Marinate the meat. To do this, place the meat pieces into a dish with the marinade and thoroughly coat the turkey pieces. After thoroughly mixing the meat and marinade, leave the dish with the turkey in the refrigerator. Ideally, marinate for 24 hours, but this time can be reduced to 3–4 hours.

    Step 3

After the meat has finished marinating, it needs to be fried. Sometimes I bake it in the oven, which turns out very tasty, but today we'll prepare a simplified version. Heat a frying pan (you can use a grill pan), pour in a little vegetable oil. Take a piece of turkey in your hand and place it on the pan. Fry the remaining pieces of meat following the same method. Fry for about 5 minutes on one side, then flip and fry on the other side.

Once the meat is fully cooked, it can be served. Transfer the meat to a plate, arrange the turkey attractively, add the side dish, and drizzle with sauce. Ready.
