Turkey fillet is dietary
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Turkey fillet is considered a delicacy and a dietary meat. Rich in protein and beneficial amino acids, it contains very little fat. Cook the turkey fillet in the most diet-friendly way—by steaming. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Finely chop the turkey fillet with a sharp heavy knife. Chopped fillet turns out juicier than minced meat. For convenience, you can slightly freeze the fillet.
- 3
Step 3

Season the chopped fillet with a little salt and pepper, if your diet allows. With wet hands, shape into 3 large meatballs.
- 4
Step 4

Wrap the meatballs in good-quality parchment paper.
- 5
Step 5

Bring water to a boil in a pot and steam the meatballs on a steaming rack for 15 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

While the meatballs are cooking, prepare a side dish to your liking. I suggest lightly sautéing grated cauliflower in a dry skillet. Lightly salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, and cook, stirring, until it turns slightly golden and gives off the aroma of cooked cauliflower.

Step 7

Serve the meatballs hot, removing the parchment paper, with a side dish and cranberry sauce. Enjoy!
