Salmon fillet in a pan
Description
When I started working in an office, I began eating salmon and fish in general more often. The thing is, when I come home from work, I have neither the strength nor the time to cook anything. So salmon is a perfect choice for me. It cooks very quickly, and at the same time, salmon is a highly nutritious food. That's why, whenever I drop by the supermarket, I always try to grab a piece of salmon if possible. The recipe for pan-fried salmon fillet is extremely simple: 1. First, prepare the fillet—rinse it, dry it, and cut it into portions (I usually make about 200 grams per serving). Then season both sides with salt and pepper. If you'd like, you can add any other spices you prefer. 2. Let the salmon sit for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a frying pan. 3. Place the salmon pieces into the hot oil. Fry over medium heat for 3–4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes on the other side, until done. That's it—your pan-fried salmon fillet is ready!
