Filet mignon in a pan
Description
Use whole peppercorns, crushing them yourself. This will make the pepper more aromatic and richer in flavor. After frying, make a sauce using the fat rendered during frying. Serve the dish hot, but not straight from the pan—let it sit for a few minutes first.
