Beef filet mignon
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Beef filet mignon can be cooked without an open flame, using a well-heated household grill. First, quickly sear the meat on all sides over high heat on a grill or in a pan to form a protective crust, then continue cooking over lower heat until done. It's highly recommended to use a thermometer to measure the internal temperature of the meat. Marinating is optional, but the meat must be at room temperature. Serve beef filet mignon with a mushroom sauce. Good luck, and enjoy your meal!
