
Fettuccine with zucchini

Prepare all the ingredients.

Drop the fettuccine into boiling salted water and cook for 8-9 minutes. You can use fettuccine either in the regular long form or as nests.

While the pasta is cooking, peel and dice the onion.

Fry the onion until golden brown, adding vegetable oil.

Slice the zucchini into thin half-rings.

Add the zucchini to the onion, sauté the vegetables together for another 3-4 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
