
Fettuccine with mushrooms and chicken

Cook the fettuccine in salted water until half-done. Rinse the pasta in a colander.

Wash the chicken breast. Place it on heated olive oil in a frying pan. Fry on all sides until golden brown. Then break the meat into pieces.

In the same oil, sauté the previously sliced mushrooms. Then peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in another skillet with butter.

Add mushrooms, cream, and oregano to the onion and garlic. Simmer everything together for a minute.
