Bean in a wok
Description
This recipe won't take much time. There are many reasons to love Chinese cuisine, but personally, I like it most because all the dishes are prepared very quickly. Today I want to tell you how to make wok-fried beans—a fantastic side dish with a vibrant flavor and amazing aroma. Actually, you can eat this dish on its own, as it's delicious even by itself, but I usually prepare wok-fried beans at home and serve them with meat or fish. 1) Pour vegetable oil into a wok and place it over high heat. Once the oil is well heated, add the beans and stir-fry for about 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly. Then transfer the beans to a plate lined with paper towel. 2) Now pour out the excess oil from the wok, leaving about two tablespoons in it, and return the wok to the heat. Peel a small piece of ginger and cut it into matchsticks. Add the ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. 3) Then return the beans to the wok, add sugar and soy sauce, mix everything well, and remove the wok from the heat after just about a minute. Serve the cooked beans hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
