
Bean stew in a multicooker
Description

Soak the beans in cold water and leave overnight.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Add finely chopped onion and finely sliced carrots. Select the "Baking" mode and set the timer for 20 minutes.

Add the soaked beans (drain the water), tomato paste, salt, and spices to the sautéed vegetables. Pour water over the ingredients and select the "Buckwheat" setting. The multicooker will continue to operate in this mode until the water evaporates or is fully absorbed.
