Beans with cauliflower
Description
The recipe won't take much time. 1. First, thoroughly wash and dry the cauliflower. 2. Remove the leaves and separate the cauliflower into florets, removing any dark spots if present. 3. Place the florets into a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt, and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well. 4. Preheat the oven, place the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet (you can line it with parchment paper beforehand), and bake until golden brown spots appear. Turn the florets once or twice during baking. 5. To make the beans with cauliflower softer at home, you can blanch the cauliflower in boiling water for 2–3 minutes before baking. 6. Drain the beans in a colander, then transfer them to a separate bowl. Add salt, pepper, rosemary, or other spices to taste. 7. Pour in vinegar and, if desired, add minced garlic. When preparing the dressing, keep in mind that it's meant for both the beans and the cauliflower, so it might taste slightly too salty at this stage. 8. Let the baked cauliflower cool slightly, then add it to the bowl. Gently mix everything to evenly distribute the dressing. You can also use green beans in this bean and cauliflower recipe—they will make it delicious too. 9. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Serve warm.
