
Lobio bean
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The main ingredients for this snack are beans, onion, garlic, and herbs. In this recipe, walnuts are also used, giving the dish a special touch. This lobio bean dish can be canned for winter or served immediately. See, serve hot.

1. For preparing this dish, you need to use red beans. There are bean varieties that cook quickly. I used exactly this type of bean.

2. Any beans need to be soaked beforehand. Leave the beans in cold water overnight or for at least 5 hours.

3. Boil the beans until cooked, without adding salt to the water. On average, it will take 2 hours.

4. Finely chop the garlic.

5. Also finely chop the onion and parsley.

6. Chop the walnuts using a rolling pin.

7. Place the boiled beans into a cauldron or wok, add onion and crushed walnuts. Season with salt and spices to taste, and sauté, stirring constantly, for a few minutes.
