Stuffed peppers in tomato sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Stuffed peppers in tomato sauce can be cooked either in a skillet or in the oven—both ways turn out delicious. You can use any ground meat for the filling; I like the combination of pork and chicken. Serve these peppers with various side dishes—grains, potatoes, vegetables. Serve hot.
