Stuffed peppers with meat and rice
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Stuffed peppers with meat and rice are a classic combination, time-tested and incredibly popular. There's nothing complicated about preparing it, and the traditional filling will delight everyone! In my family, we especially love when the peppers are simmered in a tomato-sour cream sauce, but you can use any sauce you prefer. I use a mix of pork and beef for the ground meat, but you can use any single type of meat or poultry (such as chicken, beef, or pork). This tasty and colorful dish is perfect for lunch or dinner. Wonderful aroma and excellent flavor guaranteed! Be sure to save this recipe. Serve hot.
