Stuffed peppers steamed
Description
To be honest, I don't know a single person who doesn't love this kind of stuffed pepper—almost everyone makes it, especially in the summer. But since every homemaker has her own way of preparing it, I'd like to share my favorite recipe and show you how to make steamed stuffed peppers. This time, I made a vegetarian version without meat, but generally you can use any filling you like and prepare the peppers this way. By the way, making stuffed peppers at home using the steaming method won't take you nearly as much time as cooking them on the stove, so it's very quick and convenient.
Instructions

Step 1

First, slice the onion into quarter-rings and grate the carrot on a coarse grater or cut it into pieces of any shape. Place the vegetables onto a preheated frying pan and sauté until soft.

Step 2

We wash the mushrooms, finely chop them, and add to the pan with the vegetables. Fry everything until the excess moisture evaporates from the mushrooms. Then pour beer into the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Step 3

After the time has elapsed, place the cooked rice into the pan, season with salt and spices, cook for a couple more minutes, then remove from heat.

Step 4

Now cut off the stem attachment point from the peppers, remove the seeds and partitions, and rinse the peppers under running water.

Step 5

Tightly fill the peppers with the prepared stuffing and place them in the steamer basket; cook for about 20–25 minutes.

Step 6

And then serve, garnished with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
