Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In fact, fatty foods not only spoil your figure, but are also hard to digest and generally have a negative impact on our health. But this doesn't mean we need to give up our favorite dishes—we just need to learn how to cook them in a healthier way. Today I'd like to share with you one such recipe and show you how to make stuffed peppers diet-friendly. The ingredients are quite ordinary; I simply used low-calorie minced chicken breast and didn't fry the vegetables, but stewed them instead. Thanks to these small changes, the dish turned out to be quite light yet nutritious, so I highly recommend you try this simple recipe for diet-friendly stuffed peppers. The finished dish is ready to be served.
