Stuffed chicken roll
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This roll is great because it can be served as a hot dish or as a cold appetizer for sandwiches or slicing. Instead of red bell pepper, you can fill the roll with zucchini, onion, cheese, and herbs. The roll can be wrapped in foil or tied with string. Serve hot.
