
Stuffed loaf
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. A stuffed loaf is a great option for a quick breakfast, afternoon snack, or snack to take with you. Just in the evening, add your favorite sandwich fillings, leave it in the refrigerator, and in the morning enjoy an original snack with a cup of tea or coffee. Cook with pleasure.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Cut the loaf lengthwise from the side without cutting all the way through, and open it like a book. Remove the center of the crumb, and spread with salted yogurt (or mayonnaise) and Dijon mustard.

Rinse the lettuce with cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the vegetables: slice the cucumbers and tomato, and cut the pepper into strips.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater; slice the meat into thin strips.

Fill the loaf, layering the filling.

Close the loaf, press firmly, and wrap in foil. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
