
Stuffed Avocado in the Oven
Description
Avocados can be stuffed with vegetables and fruits; you can also add cheese and meat. Scoop out the flesh, and use the prepared avocado cups for serving, or place the resulting mixture into tartlet shells. The dish looks tasty and impressive. This appetizer can confidently be served at a festive table, at a buffet, or for dinner.

1. Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove the pit.

2. Use a spoon to remove all the flesh, being careful not to damage the peel itself.

3. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

4. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

5. Mince one clove of garlic.

6. Cut the boiled (smoked, fried, or baked) chicken into pieces.

7. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil, add the mushrooms, and fry them until golden brown.

8. Add the minced garlic to the already sautéed mushrooms and cook for another 10–20 seconds.

10. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste, and mix.
